 is seeking to hire for the position of  
DIGITAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Primary duties: serves as the Digital Media/Arts and Graphics Assistant.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
•    University degree in Business Communication, Advertising, American Studies, International Relations, Public Relations or Marketing is required.
•    Three years of professional experience in the field of digital media technology, advertising/marketing, public relations, new media technologies, graphic design, video editing and post-production, journalism, or website development.
•    Fluent English and Polish.

FUNCTION OF POSITION
Under the supervision of the Assistant Information Officer (AIO), the incumbent serves as the Digital Media/Arts and Graphics Assistant in the Warsaw Public Affairs Office (PAS) and the U.S. Mission in Poland. The incumbent reports to the Digital Media Unit (DMU) Chief in responding to Mission-wide requests for social media coverage; website content creation, promotion, and development; and other digital media projects, including graphic design. The incumbent provides input into the Embassy’s digital media strategy, but is primarily responsible for implementing it. The incumbent researches emerging social media platforms, monitors developing trends, and conducts audience analysis. As graphic designer and website developer, creates professional, modern content using the latest software to enhance the Embassy’s online presence.
