Project Manager
Our requirements:
• experience in advertising/interactive agency is a must
• at least 2 years of experience in implementing a number of various Internet projects (e.g. contests, websites, apps, gaming, e-commerce)
• familiarity with web project functional analysis tools (flow, mock-ups, specifications etc.)
• the ability to translate business concepts to project execution recommendations
• understanding requirements and limitations of Internet technologies
• working knowledge of project management methodologies
• ability of liaising with persons from various departments (developers, creatives, client service)
• ability to define aims, delegate work and verify the quality of execution
• ability to manage schedule, providers, risk and quality
• negotiation skills and and social skills; excellent organisation of work
• well manners and excellent communication skills as well as being articulate, in both words and writing
• very good command of English
Scope of responsibilities
• analysis of e-marketing projects (competitions, websites, apps, games, e-commerce)
• co-operation with Creative, Strategic and Client Service Departments to recognize functional and technical capacity and feasibility of implemented concepts
• preparation of project documentation (budget estimates, programmes, functional specifications, mockups, etc.)
• organizing resources (programmers, graphic designers, copywriters, etc.)
• ability to plan, verify and coordinate team’s work-flow
• communication with providers/out-suppliers and coordination of their work
• dividing work and verifying its completion; control of budget coherent with project
